ZNA is not a homeowners association and does not own or maintain property. Please, no soliciting. We will mark your emails as spam.
Requests about a problem in the neighborhood (illegal parking, trash, code compliance, etc.) should generally first be submitted to the City via Austin 3-1-1 and escalated if necessary through your City Council Member's office (District 5 east of Kinney/Oltorf or District 9 west of Kinney/Oltorf). We recommend using the Austin 3-1-1 app (rather than calling) to benefit from the ability to add a photo, include GPS coordinates, and submit the report in your own words. If escalating through your City Council Member doesn't yield results, ZNA is sometimes able to apply additional pressure.
