About ZNA Events
Quarterly (General) Meeting
This is the quarterly meeting of the entire general membership to discuss issues within the neighborhood. It is normally held the last Monday of January, April, July, and October and is open to all regardless of membership.
Special Membership Meeting
This is a special-called meeting of the entire general membership to discuss time-sensitive issues within the neighborhood. Depending on the meeting, it might be open or closed to non-members. Some years we have no special called meetings.
Executive Committee Meeting
This is the monthly meeting of the Executive Committee (ExCom) to transact necessary business of ZNA. Members and residents are welcome to attend. There is a short time at the start of each meeting for any guests to address the committee. It is normally held the first Monday of each month. We have additional special-called ExCom meetings as needed.
Social Event
This is an informal gathering at various locations around the 'hood. Join your neighbors, see new places, and meet new people!
Volunteer Opportunity
This is an opportunity to volunteer in or around the 'hood and/or with other Zilker residents.
Non-ZNA Events / Submit Your Event!
Hosting a book club? Volunteer opportunity? Children’s activity? Other event happening in Zilker (yes, even if political)?
ZNA welcomes submissions via [email protected] of events relevant to the neighborhood for inclusion in our email newsletter. In general, we will promote events that either occur within ZNA’s boundaries or otherwise have particular local relevance to the neighborhood. We reserve the right to not promote any event or to edit it for clarity and length.

- Location, including address
- Link for more info, if available
Our newsletter promoting events is typically sent on Monday mornings. Events for inclusion in that newsletter must be submitted by 8am on the preceding Saturday.
Note: Most non-ZNA events will not be published on our website so be sure to sign up for ZNA emails to hear the latest events happening all over the neighborhood!
