The Executive Committee ("ExCom") consists of the nine elected officers (the board) and conducts all business of the Zilker Neighborhood Association as required. Meetings are open to ZNA members and other Zilker residents.

Meeting Minutes
The Secretary documents key information about each ExCom meeting, including:
- Date, time, and location
- Attendees
- Actions taken
- Arrivals and departures of ExCom members during the meeting if it affects who was present for a vote (otherwise, all members in attendance are presumed to have been present for all votes)
A meeting's minutes do not document all topics of discussion at a given meeting. Planned topics of discussion are included in a meeting's agenda. For the fullest picture of a past meeting, review its agenda and minutes. However, note that not all agenda items are necessarily discussed and items not on the agenda might end up being discussed. A meeting's agenda is not retroactively updated after a meeting.
Minutes from an ExCom meeting are published after they have been approved by ExCom, which usually happens at the subsequent meeting.
