Resolution Templates
The following templates may be used to submit resolutions to the ZNA Executive Committee and General Membership. Per our bylaws, resolutions that are to be submitted to the General Membership, other than those submitted by the Executive Committee, must be signed by 25 eligible voting members and provided to the Executive Committee at least 14 days prior to the General Membership meeting.
